Warren is survived by his loving parents Karma Kern and Jordan Greenleaf; grandparents Lindsey Greenleaf, Thomas Kern, Casey and Jason Bauer; uncles Josh Gould, Christian Greenleaf, Sterling Bauer; and Aunt Kasey Kern.
Warren is preceded in death by his uncle Archer Dale Bauer, great uncle Andy Bauer, great grandfather Dennis Bauer and great grandmother Barbara Greenleaf.
A Loving Remembrance for Warren with be held on Thursday, January 11th at 4:30 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri 64119. A reception for family and friends will immediately follow, all are welcome to attend to celebrate his life.
The family would like to thank the team at Children’s Mercy Hospital for all their efforts, empathy, support, and special care of Warren and his family. Karma and Jordan would also like to thank Dr. John Morelli for his expertise and compassion.
