Wayne Rodenberg, 52, of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born September 9, 1963 in Kansas City, MO to Glen, Sr. and Betty Rodenberg. Wayne married Karen Long on September 3, 1994. He worked for Midstates Supply Co. for over 20 years. Wayne loved to fish, hunt, bowl, and the New York Yankee’s. Preceded in death by his father, Glen, Sr. and his brother, Heath. Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Karen; daughter, Shalynn; his mother, Betty Rodenberg; a brother, Glen Rodenberg, Jr. (Pam) Rodenberg; 5 sister, Linda Taylor, Lorraine Meade, Sheila Ross (Ken), Carol Piper (Terry), and Denise Rodenberg. Funeral services are set for 11 AM, Thursday, October 1, 2015 at White Chapel Funeral Home with burial to follow in White Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM, Thursday, at the funeral home.
