Ada M. Leach, born September 2, 1949 in Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on May 4, 2015 in Peoria, Arizona. Ada was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and grand mother. Ada spend the better part of two decades working for the Department of Economic Security, first with the Refugee Resettlement Program and eventually retiring as the Director of the SHIP/SMP program in Arizona where she found great joy in helping others. Ada was a highly engaged member in the local chapters of the Pythian Sisters and Eastern Star. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts, and anything remotely related to Elvis Presley. Ada loved family and will be greatly missed by those whose life she touched. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local blood bank in her name.
