

Altalona Holler was born on April 8th 1944 in Ardmore OK to Earsey and Jerlene Mahaffee. She had four siblings, JerryAnn, Earsey E. , Sharon, and Ernest. She raised a family with her husband Keith E. Holler and their three children, Keith D., Jeffery, and Rhondalyn. Later in life she raised her grand daughter Tracilynn. She was also grandmother to Melinda, Cassandra, Ashley, and Kaitlyn. Further blessed, she had several great grandchildren, Ibrahim, Draven, Elijah, Felicity, Theadora, and Atticus. She is also survived by son in laws Michael Usrey and Jay Call-Holler as well as daughter in law Ana Araujo and grandson in laws Garren Wilkins and Scott Lepp.
More than just a matriarch, Alta held a Masters in English. She was a very talented artist with a vast portfolio in different mediums and singer, performing in her church choir and for special events. A philanthropist, she regularly donated her time to support the homeless through church programs as well as the blind through her volunteer work at Arizona Braille Talking Book library. An avid reader, her library contained thousands of books, both physical and digital. However, her greatest passion to the very end was expanding her biblical knowledge and leading others in the study of Jesus Christ.
