Amos John Abbott, age 82, son of James Wesley and Annie (Barnett) Abbott, passed away on the 30th of May 2017 in Glendale, Arizona. A lifetime resident of Glendale, he was a commercial baker at Holsum Bakery for 31 years. Amos was a True Christian Warrior and a lifetime member of Valley Cathedral Church where he had a special admiration for his Pastor, W. Donald Price. Amos will be greatly missed by his church family, his family, his many friends, and especially his close friend Wilma Jones. A graveside service will be held for Amos at 9AM on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
