

She was born on August 15, 1940 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Sidney and Lula Brown. The family moved to Chicago soon after Anne’s birth and in 1950, they moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She graduated from St. Benedict High School in June of 1958. Anne then attended and graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College, Practical Nursing School.
She married Raymond Nash on May 6, 1960. They shared almost 51 years of marriage prior to his passing on April 27, 2011. To this union a son Greg was born.
Anne worked for 17 years at Steven Bryant Nursing Home and for 21 years for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. After her first grandchild was born, Anne retired in June of 2001 and Ray and she moved to Arizona.
Anne was a parishioner of St. Thomas More Church, Glendale.
Anne enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, listening to music, dancing, reading, and watching her son and grandchildren play sports.
She is survived by her son Greg, daughter-in-law Pam, grandchildren, Hayley and Miles. She leaves to cherish her memory: family and friends around the country from Arizona, Wisconsin, New York, Texas, and California. Many close to her will always remember her warm smile and acts of love and kindness.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 5-8PM with a Liturgy Service beginning at 7PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 10:30AM at St. Thomas More, 6180 W. Utopia Road, Glendale. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
