Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, Socorro Lugo and two sons, Luis and Andy Lugo. He is survived by five of his children: Jesus Lugo (Tina), Irene Hernandez, Irma Lugo-Perez (Jesse), Gloria Gonzales (Ernest) and Cynthia Lugo. He is also survived by 24 grandkids, 48 great-grandkids and 6 great-great grandkids, as well as his siblings Joe Lugo and Lupe Lugo Flores.
Arthur was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. He worked for, and retired from, his position as Warehouse Manager at Luke Air Force Base here in Arizona.
A visitation for Arthur will be held Friday, July 2, 2021 at 8:00 AM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale). A funeral service will be held at 9:00 AM and burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
