After graduating from Notre Dame High School, Barbara continued her education at St. Francis Hospital. She received a certification in Clinical Xray Technology from The American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Barbara enjoyed a career in Mammography in New York and Boswell and Benson Hospitals in Arizona for 55 years.
She had a passion for the outdoors, hunting, cooking, reading, singing, painting, shopping, our country, gardening, her family, and our Lord. She had a special place in her heart for pets and loved her weiner dogs. Barbara had a natural ability to make friends wherever she went, and this led to many lasting friendships over the years.
Barbara is survived by daughter Denise Childs (William Graham); and daughter Dioreann Scargill (Alan Scargill); brother Richard Hugendubler and sister Regina Hugendubler; grandchild Dillon Cage (Mackenzie Cage), grandchild Glory Gwilt (Bebo Braaten), grandchild Kevin Kimmerling, grandchild Thomas Friedlander, great grandchild Makenna Cage, great grandchild Zoey Cage, great grandchild Lily Cage and beloved pets Henry & Princess. Barbara also leaves to cherish her memory the rest of her extended family and countless friends she made throughout her life.
Barbara's smile and shining light will be deeply missed.
