Beatrice Clark

She was born in Phoenix on December 15, 1931 to the late Gabriel and Concepcion Estrada. She was the youngest of four children and was always very close with her sisters Armida and Dora, and brother Jole.

She attended and graduated from Phoenix Union High School. While at Phoenix Union, she met her future husband Perry whom she married on June 17, 1951. She worked for a law firm, was a home-maker and owned a bicycle shop. After retiring from the bike business, Beatrice graduated from college when she was in her 60’s and went on to teach at Northland Pioneer College in Snowflake.

She is survived by her four children Connie (Paul) Heinz, Perry (Shari) Clark III, Tricia Mecham & Byron “Phil” (Seaneen) Clark, sister Dora Barrett, nine grandchildren Paul Jr., Karen, Robert, Eric, Andrew, Paige, David, Joshua & Chanler and three great grandchildren Zachary, Chaz & Jazmin.

In addition to her parents, Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband Perry Clark Jr., in 1997.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 19002 N. 128th Avenue, Sun City West. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
