Born on April 15, 1945, in Silver City, New Mexico, Benjamin lived a life rooted in love, faith, service, and devotion to family. He proudly joined the United States Air Force, where he served for four years and learned the trade of heating and cooling, a skill that became his lifelong profession. He later retired as an air conditioning technician, known for his strong work ethic and dedication.
On May 6, 1967, Benjamin married his beautiful wife, Minnie, with whom he shared a loving and devoted marriage until her passing on February 16, 2020. Their love and commitment were the foundation of their family and a lasting example to all who knew them.
Benjamin was a loving and kind man, strong-minded, honorable, and deeply respectful of others. He had a joyful spirit and a gift for humor—his jokes and laughter brought light to everyone around him. He was happiest when surrounded by his family, especially his two grandsons, who were the pride and joy of his life.
He is survived by his beloved son, Edward Joseph Anzures; his daughter-in-law, Gina Arambula; and his cherished grandsons, Xavier and Jacob Anzures. He was reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Minnie.
A service celebrating Benjamin’s life will be held on January 3, 2026, at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301.
Though he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in knowing he is now at peace, resting in the eternal embrace of God.
