Carlos Andrew Montaño Aviña

Carlos A. Montaño Aviña of Phoenix went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 19th 2015 at the age of 34. He was born in 1981 in Hanford, CA and was raised in Pomona California from the tender age of 6 months. His family made the move to Phoenix Arizona in 1998 where he resided 17 years. That is where he met Lilliana Martinez and fathered two beautiful girls; Allure and Angelique Montaño. He was also a step-father and helped raise Lilliana’s children, Heather, Kaelia, Samantha and Anthony.

Carlos will be greatly missed by family and friends. He was known to have a great sense of humor, very creative and talented in music and always willing to try something new, especially when it came to food. He was the kind of guy that would start a conversation with a complete stranger and create a long lasting friendship out if thin air. Always a good guy to have around whether at work or play there was never a dull moment when Carlos was around. A day spent with Carlos always left a smile on your face and great memories. But most of all, he will be remembered for his loving heart and the awesome father he was to all his children.

Carlos is survived by his daughters; Angelique and Allure Montaño, his parents; Ignacio and Sonya M. Aviña, his brother’s Samuel Sisneros, and Ignacio Aviña III, and sister Lacie Murillo.
