Charles “Chuck” Howard, 55, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on August 9, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Howard, children, Shae (Justin) Comer, Krystal (Nathan) Givens, Jessica (Edgar) Galardo, Charlie (Heidi) Jircik and Scott Hanvey, grandchildren, Kayla, Kody, Jaylee, Brother, Hannah and David, great grandchild, J.D. Greer, parents, Charles and Mary Jo Howard and sister, Tracy Scott. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301. Arrangements entrusted to Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary.
