A visitation for David will be held Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, January 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home.
