Born in Mulberry, Arkansas, February 6, 1927 has gone home to her father in heaven. She is survived by her six children, oldest to youngest, Nancy Cooper, Maggie Turner, Paul Wolf, Diana Yeomans, Linda Mabry, and Greg Wolf. Moreover, she was blessed with ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. As we celebrate our mother’s life, we remember the things that were most dear to us. She was the most loving mother anyone could ask for and she never let a day pass without telling you. She had a gentle heart and caring hand. She lived her life by example. She was a Christian and had an unwavering faith which she shared with her children and those around her. She had an eternal child on the inside of her—she always found the good in life even under the darkest of circumstances. To our Mom- the cup wasn’t half full- it was full and she helped you to find the joy as well. She was one of those people that when you met her you fell in love with her- she was the first to lend a hand or comfort in time of need. In her work, she was a gifted seamstress and interior decorator and helped our father build a successful decorating business to help support our family. Words cannot express what we feel for our mother- we love her without measure – we respect deeply what she stood for – God Bless you Mom because you truly are a child of God and a life worth celebrating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM, Monday, April 18 at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri Ave., Glendale. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 19 at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
