His wife Rosina Hare passed away on August 9, 2012.
Douglas is survived by his daughter Sandra Dean and grandson Michael Cox.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a daughter Linda, granddaughter Rebecca and brother Roger.
There will be no services. Douglas will be laid to rest with Rosina in Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.
