Edwin married Ann Louise Walker on February 16, 1980. They shared 32 years of marriage prior to her passing on December 9, 2013.
Edwin worked for Shamrock Foods for over 30 years, retiring after a heart attack in 2018.
He enjoyed fishing, model trains, Chicago Cubs baseball, and listening to his classic country music with an ice-cold beer.
Edwin is survived by his two daughters Kathleen (Jesus) Gonzalez, and Kristeen Snyder, three grandchildren Rebecca, Charlize & Carter, stepgrandson Joshua, and many nieces & nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, eight siblings preceded him in death.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 5-8 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 9 AM with burial to follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
