Elijah “Eli” Scott McFadden II, caring son, brother and friend, left this world suddenly on October 11, 2023 at age 26. Eli was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Debbie and Elijah McFadden on November 15, 1996. He graduated from Ironwood High School in 2015 and attended college at Glendale Community College.
He was beloved by his family, friends and all those he came into contact with. Eli was a kind soul who loved all things basketball. He had the chance to travel and play basketball in Austria a trip he would never forget. He was the favorite hoomun to his dog Tucker but loved by Mac, Milo and Sophie. Besides basketball you could find him enjoying Taki’s while watching a good episode of Rick and Morty, so much humor and a fascinating conspiracy theory always came out of his mouth. He loved camping with his family and fishing. Mostly he loved time with friends, watching anything sports. You never saw him without music on, always with earbuds in listening to mostly stuff not on the radio, but he also loved throwback music from his parents generation.
Eli was young man who left us too soon. He is survived by his mother, Debbie Johnson, sister Aaliyah McFadden, father Elijah McFadden, step father Larry Johnson, step mother Janet Gomez-McFadden, step brothers Tito Espindola, David and Lucas Johnson, brother-in-law Riley Gornik, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.
