Eric Scott Hageman passed away on June 15, 2018. He was born on December 4, 1968 in Phoenix, Arizona. Eric was a third generation member of UA Plumbers and Pipefitters 469.

He is survived by his parents Nancy (James Doyle) Ash & Ronald (Sandi) Hageman, daughter Ayla, brother Andrew & sister Melissa.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 6-8PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10AM. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society ‘Ribbon of Remembrance’ www.braintumor.org/take-action/ways-to-give/.
