Evelyn married Udell Whitney on September 26, 1966. He passed away on April 22, 2016, just 5 months short of their 50th Anniversary.
Evelyn is survived by her two children Dale Whitney & Shannon Whitney, two grandchildren Jacob Stevens & Kaeley Stevens, and two siblings Janet Carvoo & James Carvoo.
In addition to her husband and parents, two sisters June Bates & Sharon Scarlett, and two brothers Beverly Michael “Mickey” Willey & Edward “Bud” Willey, preceded her in death.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on January 19, 2024, from 12-1 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM followed by burial at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
