82, passed away peacefully surrounded by those who loved her deeply on the 20th day of January 2014. She was an Arizona native who was born in Superior. Frances was married to William E. Rowell who preceded her in death after 54 years of marriage. She worked in the Arizona educational system and was a homemaker who raised three loving children and was an influential presence to all she came into contact with.
Frances is survived by her daughters Kathleen Witter, Brenda Talley and son William R. Rowell; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; her brothers Jack & Grant and sisters Alliene & Nora.
Funeral services will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Ave. on Friday January 24. Viewing from 1-2 pm and graveside services to follow at 2pm.
