Francisco Moraga Moreno, a retired truck transportation driver and a resident of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 66.

Frank was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law and father-in-law. He was a very proud Veteran who served his country for 12 years in the United States Coast Guard. He was an active member of the American Legion, Earl E. Mitchell Post 29, of Glendale, Arizona. Frank had many hobbies, which included riding his Harley, building collectables in his garage and collecting Eagles. He enjoyed playing pool, barbecuing for his family and entertaining friends at his home.

Frank was born in Sonora, Arizona on September 7, 1953 to Manuel Abiano Moreno and Dora Noriega Moraga-Moreno. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Moreno; along with is brothers; Abiano Flavio Moreno and Manuel Ramon Moreno and sisters, Maria Elena Moreno, Rose Marie Vega and Kristine Marie Moreno, 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Frank will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.

There will be a Military service. At this time, there is no scheduled date

OMG, I just found out that you gained your WINGS Pancho. You were a wondeful and funny man. Life will not be the same without you. You were an amazing co-worker and BOSS at the State Fair and will truly, truly be missed. We became friends and always looked forward to your happy self and funny jokes. Man oh man am I going to miss you. Heaven sure gained an amazing ANGEL!!! RIP my friend and you will have to plant your chiltipin plant in Heaven.
