Gary Mayeda of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on April 21, 2016 at the age of 63. Born in Berkeley, CA, he moved with his parents to Phoenix in 1971. He was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ruby Mayeda. He is survived by numerous cousins in Arizona, California and Colorado. Memorial services will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave. in Glendale on Saturday, April 30 at 10:00am. Gary will be missed by his many friends and family.
