Gary Lane Nichols, I

He was born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on November 8, 1947 the eldest child born to the late James and Pauline Nichols.

Gary married Glenda Manguilimotan on October 17, 2001; they celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary this past October.

For over 44 years, he worked for the Trinity Broadcasting Network as Chief Engineer for channel 21, dedicating most of his professional career to broadcast engineering excellence. He worked until his illness prevented him from doing so further.

Gary brought happiness and joy to those around him, and will be remembered for his sense of humor, his caring disposition, his dedication to his roles as husband, father and grandfather, and his incredible work ethic.

Gary is survived by his wife Glenda, four children Gary (Jennifer) Nichols, II, James L. (Ivy) Nichols, Sr., Kelly (Ryan) Nally & Kenneth Nichols, two siblings Stephen (Anne) Nichols & Patricia Weaver, five grandchildren Maya Nally, Ewan Nally, Alex Nally, James Nichols, Jr. & Brandon Nichols, the mother of his three eldest children Rosemary Castillo, and the mother of two of his grandchildren Patricia Nichols.

Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
