    I knew George as Uncle Bill.  When I met him he was a very tall and skinny soldier; who whisked my aunt off as his bride.  I remember a long drive to visit them for dinner.  My aunt had cooked the meat to Uncle Bill's taste....verrrry rare.  We stared at our plates and though I was embarassed when my mom asked her to cook ours awhile longer....I was oh so thankful!  Uncle Bill was friendly and especially kind to my invalid mother.  The last time I saw them was when they visited her several years ago while she was in the hospital at The Extended Care Unit.  Uncle Bill was my last uncle. As our families older generation passes on....how quickly we understand that we are no longer the little kids; but are now pressed into the next generation stepping up with our hair turning grey or white....or for some cousins that means losing theirs. May our prayer continue on to other generations:  May the circle remain unbroken;
when we stand before God.  God's blessings to you all.  Hugs & Prayers, Cousin Cookie.

Although I did not know George, I was so glad when Bill let some of us know that his dad had made a decision to follow Jesus. Praise God.

May the Peace of God guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as you go thru the grieving of a lost love one.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Grandpa George is with us always and forevr you all are in my prayers he will be missed alot love the Reid Family
