Age 76, of Glendale, passed away on February 13, 2014. Howard was born in New London, CT. He is survived by his wife, Norma; 4 children: Howard Jr., Cynthia Brown, Billy and Peggy Joyce, and 13 grandchildren He was preceded in death by 2 children: Margaret Anne and Paul Sr., his parents: Harold and Dorothy of Waterford, CT; siblings: Robert Peter of Phoenix, AZ and Michael of Waterford, CT.
