James Edward Green Jr.

James Edward Green, Jr. passed away on February 16, 2024. He was born on October 20, 1933 to the late James Green and Vivian (Powell) Guilotte. James was born and raised in Chicago, the oldest child of the family that included four younger siblings. He graduated from Englewood High School.

James worked for Proctor and Gamble for over 30 years moving to Arizona while working for them.

He is survived by two children Michael (Kim) Green & Pamela Green Nealey, three grandchildren Celeste Green, Antoine Nealey & Lena Green, four great grandchildren Antoine “AJ” Jr., Mariah, Cameron & Chamya, two sisters Lenora Green & Linda Murphy, two brothers Douglas Green & Donald Green, nieces, nephews, a host of cousins from the Powell family and his former companion of many years Margi Obrien.

James was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
