Jerry Ann Bickle

Jerry Ann Bickle, a faithful and loving Christian, passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on April 5, 1945, Jerry was a native Phoenician, the firstborn daughter to Willie and Burmell Settoon. Ten years later, her sister Cheryl was born, completing their family.

On August 8, 1965, she married Donald Ray Bickle. Together, Jerry and Don raised two sons, Timothy and Michael. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love, lasting 53 years until Don's passing on November 15, 2018.

Jerry is survived by her son Mike and daughter-in-law Jeanne, her sister Cheryl Logsdon, four grandchildren Jedidiah, Abigail, Brindon, and Masen, and four great-grandchildren Nicole, Gemma, Maeve, and Elliott. She also had four nephews and one niece. Jerry's heart was filled with love for her family, friends and her two cherished chihuahuas, Jose and Rosie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son Timothy. She was a faithful wife, caring for her husband Don and after Don's passing, she and her sister Cheryl lived together, continuing to support and cherish each other.

Jerry was an active member of the Church of Christ, throughout her life, sharing God’s word with others and encouraging her brothers and sisters. She loved praising God in song.

Jerry's personal qualities left a lasting legacy. She was described as a "Special Lady" by many who knew her, from kids at camp to her coworkers at Honeywell.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona, 85301. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am. Jerry will be laid to rest next to Don at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
