Jerry is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue Minnis, daughter, Jennifer Lynne Robbins (James), grandson, Jacob Robbins, granddaughter, Jessica, brothers, Alvin Minnis (Rebecca), Frank Minnis (Jan), and sister Carol Denny (Dan).
Jerry was a Journeyman aircraft machinist for 37 years with some parts making it into space.
The funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. Donations may be made to the American Lung Association (www.lung.org) in lieu of flowers if desired.
