

JoAnn Lopez, 66, of Glendale Arizona, passed away on September 30th, 2021. She was born in Castro Valley, California on July 19th, 1955 to the late William and Mildred (Pilchard) Brodie, one of four children.
JoAnn will be greatly missed. She will be remembered for her kindness, wit, and her smile that brightened up a room. She loved the beach and going on cruises; She lived for spending time with her mother. She enjoyed trips to the casino. She loved movies; She loved baking pies, making holiday meals, slow-cooking a fantastic pot roast, and rolling her special noodles. She was an amazing grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her friends and work family while working as a bartender; She rooted for all Arizona sports teams, and enjoyed attending charity golf tournaments.
JoAnn is survived by her sons Larry Eugene (Danielle), and Christopher Scott (Jill); her sister Karen (Jerry), and brother Scott (Conni); her nieces’ Jennifer (Ron) and Erin (Sam, and their children); her grandchildren Jessica, Tyler, Julianna, Jaclyn, and Jillian; her great-grandchildren Braelyn, and Dallas. And many other loving family & friends. She was preceded in death by her father William, her mother Mildred, and her brother Kenny. JoAnn was previously married to Larry G. McClure, and Frank H. Lopez.
A Visitation for JoAnn will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 10:00am at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale, Arizona, with a Funeral service to follow at 11am. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 12:30pm at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona.
