Peterson, John Clark 49 was born to James Clark Peterson and Annie Satlow on the 3rd day of October 1967 in Memphis, Tennessee. After a couple of years Mike Hicks stepped in as daddy and John couldn't have picked a better daddy than Mike Hicks -Go Mom!!! John loved deep fried southern and Cajun foods smothered in butter, salt, or barbeque sauce. He loved Little Debbie cakes and Coca Cola. John enjoyed beer, football, Wild Turkey with some WWE and Nascar. Don't forget the MAC TOOL guy. I'm pretty sure they owe us some dividends John purchased enough in tools for the past 11 years working at Massey's to be a stock holder. John hated vegetables and hypocrites, not necessarily in that order. He was a true country boy ready to scrap with anyone who agreed to participate in his bad behavior, not necessarily in that order. John loved the ladies but finally settled on just one Dacia Lynn who blessed him with his daughter, Shannon Peterson Leach 30. Shannon and her husband Larry Leach have given John three grandsons. John later joined the Navy and served our country during the Gulf War, partly to escape the tendrils of his failing marriage that ended in divorce. This led him to me and I found my Dudley Do Right. John Always felt the need to help a damsel in distress. John was a skilled welder and a great mechanic with over 32 years of experience welding and working on fuel hauler trucks. John is survived by his wife Sharman Darlene Peterson 49 and adopted son David Adam Morris Peterson 12, Stepdaughter Julie M Morris 32, stepson Timothy J Morris II 30, Stephen T Morris 28, Andrew R Morris 27 and his beautiful mother Annie Hicks, whose age will not be mentioned in fear she might sock me. John loved the idea of raising a boy and teaching him like his daddy taught him, but David had other ideas. I believe the saying goes, "you will reap what you sow". Well momma, remember all the sleepless nights worrying if John would ever stop running amok? Well rest assured, he did but David made sure that John got a taste of what he gave you and daddy x10. John is walking with his daddy and sister Heather Hicks. He is surrounded by his grandparents and his soul has finally broke free and has traveled back home.
We love and miss you but I will see you again my friend and soul mate. I'm forever yours, Sharman D Peterson your loving wife.
