Aunt June, Thank you for the short ride this summer of 10 minutes that turned into an hour of memories as we looked for that porch and home in the picture and you reach to the Heavens.  In one weekend I learned so much of You and Your Sisters life that I will cherish forever and know how special you are for being my Aunt. Say hello to Grayson for me

It was a blessing of the Lord that He brought me back to Phoenix after a month's absence which allowed the honor of my attendance at June's Memorial Service.
Oh, how much brighter our world would be if all Christians would exemplify the joy and happiness of living in Christ as June Branch did.
Indeed, she will be missed.

What I remember: Thanksgivings in Phoenix, trips to Yosemite, our trip to the East Coast in the rental car that was possessed, your Mary Poppins suitcase, your laugh, your tears, your idioms, “been there done that”, your faith in God, your faith in people, your love for your family. Remember when I kept calling your cell phone and you didn't answer because you thought it was the ice cream man repeatedly driving past your house!

You are in heaven now with Jesus & Grandma Pat, enjoying oatmeal and TV with no commercials or newscasters! 

I will miss you terribly.  You have left such a huge void but your life on this earth filled so many – I will never forget your kindness & generosity when you also sent my family money and a touching card when we were going through a rough time. Your legacy will live on! I love you so much Aunt Junie!

When I got laid off unexpectedly back in the mid 80's, Aunt June sent me a check to help pay some of the bills for my family of four. She told me that she would be praying that I would find a job soon.  Thanks to her prayers, I did.  She was always an encouragement to my family. It's been a tough year for the Pattersons but we will persevere.

Words can't explain the love I have for my Great Grandmother, my Makanin. She was my best friend. I could tell her anything and everything, which I did. She'd give me her words of wisdom daily. I always thanked her for bringing God into my life. She started bringing me to Northwest Church of Christ when I was five years old. I grew up in that church, with the people there; our second family. I miss her so much it hurts. I know she wouldn't want me or anyone else to be sad. Im trying to keep my head up & telling other's to keep their's up too. She was an amazing person. I went to service this past Sunday & we were singing songs. I couldn't sing..I was all chocked up. My friend told me to speak up & sing..I told him I have to sing for two people now. He looked at me & said, "She's still singing" I started to cry, but I smiled. He's right, she is still singing. I, along with the family & friends are going to keep her memory alive. One day, if I ever have kids..I will do the things she did with me. Singing me to sleep, waking me up with a warm wash cloth for my face, drying the load of laundry around the time I was taking a shower, so i could run to her bed after getting out, and she'd throw them on me when they were all nice and hot. haha gosh I miss her! She made such an impact on mine & so many others lives. I am so thankful to of had her as my great grangmother, and great she was. She always told me, "I love the poochie out of you" she loved the poochie out of all of us. Not a day will go by I don't think of you. You will be apart of me forever. In my spirit, my heart & in my head. I will remember the things you taught me and continue applying them to my life. Thank you for always being there for me and loving me always. I dreamt of you the other night..I could see you perfectly. Your beautiful blue eyes, letting me know you were okay. I hope to dream of you often. I love you a million worlds full, as you'd always say. R.I.P. Makanin

I can't tell you how sorry I was to hear this.  June was always doing something, going somewhere, so active. She was such a great, devoted Christian.  I'll really miss her and will be thinking and praying for those of us left behind. One thing we know for sure, she is now in Jesus' arms.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I spent a great deal of time with June (aka Mrs. Branch) when I was a young teen.  I was a good friend of Grayson's and have some truly wonderful memories of the time spent at your house and with your mom.  I am so glad she was a part of my life and know you will miss her deeply.  My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

Taylor,reading this guest book gave me a little insight on what a wonderful person your mom is.  I know you will miss her. My mom lives with us and I take care of her each day, knowing how hard it will be when she's gone. I am sorry for this sad time in your life.  May our Lord give you peace through this sorrow. We lost our little sister too soon.
We had some good times together.
I looked forward to our phone calls every weekend.We always talked about our kids,grand and great children and how they were doing.

I will really miss you Junie Baby.  You were truly my oldest friend and the world seems a dimmer place these days. We went through a lot together as teens. Even though our lives went in different directions as adults, and we did not see each other much, I was so happy to resume our friendship later in life and delighted we were able to pick up like not a day had gone by.

June, your in the arms of Jesus now. Even though we here on earth will miss you, many were blessed with your such sweet spirit and your such beautiful smile. I am blessed to have the opportunity to get to know you as a Sister in Christ. Bless you and the Branch family. Thank you for allowing so many to be touched by you.

June always had a big smile and a giving hug.  She gave of her time to many projects.  One of which was working so hard in the kitchen at Copper Basin

As I wrote before, I'll miss my childhood playmate.  We were together constantly and had so much fun.   While at her house for a month earlier this year I scanned an old album from Winterhaven Grammar School in CA.  We laughed, talked and called or emailed old schoolmates to talk about those school days. It was a memorable time that I will cherish.  I'll miss you dear sister but I know I will see you again one day.

I'm really going to miss my Aunt June. I'm so glad that I got to spend time with her last August. We the cousins, nicknamed our mothers, the sisters,"The Frugalettes" because of their thriftyness. I learned from my Aunt June to cut off the top of toothpaste tubes and scoop out the remaining toothpaste. You can get at least five more toothbrushing! Family reuinions will not be the same without you, AJ. I love you.  My condolences and love to you Taylor, Scott, SarahMia and the other grand and great grandkids.

Oh June, you were so proud of your independence.  You persevered through a life of tragedy and obstacles with such grace.  Reluctant, but ready to move in with your new roommate you made me laugh with the adjustments.  But, you then warmed my heart when you said with a loving look and deep sentiment that Taylor kissed you and said he loved you everyday.   Our last days were deeper than our 22 year relationship.   May you rest in peace…until we meet again.
