Linda Susan Raimo

Linda Susan Raimo, 68, of Glendale, Arizona entered into heaven on August 20, 2020. Linda was born in Manhattan, New York on June 27, 1952, the only child of Vincent and Josephine (Greco) Messina. Linda went to St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic elementary school as a child, then attended Washington Irving high school in Manhattan.

Linda met Steve in 1973, and they were married in 1976 at Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, in Garfield, Jew Jersey. Together they raised four beautiful children.

As the children got older, Linda went back to school, and started a career as an oral surgeon’s assistant.

Linda and Steve relocated their family from New Jersey to Arizona in 1988 for a new life.

Linda leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Steve; children Danni & Jaimie Bauer, Holli (Raimo) Croskey, and Paul Vasi; grandchildren Dusty, Joe, Charlie, Robbie, Jimmy and Cole; and great grandchildren Juliet, Elliott and Jayson.

Linda is preceded by her parents Josephine and Vincent Messina, and her Aunts, Anna Schillaci, Mary Damiani, and Vivian Bedner; and her previous husband, Danni Bauer, Jr., with whom she shared her first two children.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the family home, in Glendale, following the Funeral Mass, at Saints Simon and Jude Cathedral, in Phoenix.
