Ofelia Cardenas Valdez, 92, passed away on March 31, 2026. A beloved, compassionate, hard-working, resilient, and thoughtful woman, she will be remembered with deep respect and enduring love by all who knew her. Ofelia was a resident of Youngtown, Arizona.
Ofelia found joy in the simple, meaningful rhythms of daily life. She loved to cook, and she was a minimalist who took pride in keeping a tidy home. With a natural eye for beauty, she also enjoyed decorating and floral arranging, always knowing how to create warmth and elegance in the space around her.
She loved to dance, carrying a spirit of celebration and grace that stayed with her throughout her life. And with a cup of coffee, she was ready for anything the world presented—meeting each day with steady strength and quiet determination.
Ofelia remained faithful to our lord and savior and attended church regularly, drawing strength from her devotion and living her values through the care she showed to others.
