He was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Jesus and Angelina Vasquez. In addition to his father, Jesus, Oswaldo is preceded in death by his brother Eloy.
Oswaldo is survived by his wife, Berena “Betty” Vasquez, children Tracy (Rosario) Lopez, Jessica, Stephanie and Ozzie, grandchildren Amanda, Noellie, Adrian, Nadia, Ricardo, Paz, and Navaeh, and one great grandson, Isaiah. He is also survived by his mother Angelina and his siblings Oralia (Jack), Orlando and Eddie (Anna).
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W Northern Ave. in Glendale. A funeral mass will be held the following day Friday, June 16, 2017 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 5614 W. Orangewood Avenue in Glendale. Oswaldo will be laid to rest following services at Resthaven Park Cemetery also in Glendale.
