Paula Candia Hernandez

Paula Candia Hernandez, 91, passed away on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020 at her home in Glendale, AZ. Paula was born in Clint, Texas on June 28,1928 to Macario Candia and Ramona (Candia) Rodriguez. Her generous heart and love for life will be greatly missed.

She was a deep believer in her Catholic Faith and enjoyed singing and dancing whenever the opportunity presented itself. Paula never met a stranger as she made a friend of everyone she encountered. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Macario and Ramona; beloved husband Justo Hernandez; siblings Ramon and Francisco Candia, Jesus and Guadalupe Rodriguez, Ausencia Rojas, Socorro Padilla, and Beatrice Rodriguez. She is survived by sister; Lucy Rodriguez, brother; Pete (Blanca) Rodriguez, daughters; Yolanda Hernandez, Martha Vasquez, sons; Fernando Hernandez (Louise), Frederick Hernandez (Barbara), grandchildren; Angela Vasquez, Richard Chism Hernandez, James Vasquez, Michelle Hernandez, Freddie S Hernandez, Rachel Black (Jay), Jessica Hernandez, Jose Morales (Jenny), Keith Dunlap (Michelle), great grandchildren; Raeann Lenae Orona, Henry Black and many nieces, nephews and other caring family and friends.
