Age 36 of Glendale, AZ left us too soon and unexpectedly on November 25, 2011. He is survived by his mother, Erma Garcia Marin and father, Mario Salazar. He is also survived by three brothers, Ramon, Juan Carlos and Frank Martinez, two sisters, Gabriela Griffin and Herminia (Chari) Martinez. Rey will be greatly missed by his Tia Baby (Nacho Gonzales) and uncle Manuel Garcia (Irma) numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Rey loved children, always making time for them by taking them to see the animals at the feed store, the park, driving them to their ball games, practices and various appointments. He had such a big heart always willing to help those who needed him. He will always be remembered by his kind, gentle soul and his sense of humor. Viewing and rosary will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ on Friday, December 2nd beginning at 6:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale, AZ on Saturday, December 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
