Ronald Guy Bates 81 of Peoria passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and held a BA degree from the University of Arizona. Mr. Bates is survived by his wife, Carol; a daughter, Rhonda; two sisters, Marilyn and Antoinette; two grandchildren, Amanda and Madison; many nieces and nephews; a step son, Lou and wife, Cathy; and many step grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale from 2 to 3:00PM with a funeral service at 3:00PM. Interment will be private.
