Our Dear Nene (Rose Marie) also know Alice was taken from us on June 4th, 2021. Nene was born in Visalia, California on November 14th, 1936. She was raised in Arizona with her 7 siblings. Alice education was cut short to care for her siblings. She is survived by her 3-loving granddaughter’s Genny (Michael), Jackie (Gladys) and Julie (Reuben Sr.), 6 great grandchildren Samuel, Zayvia, Angelica, Emilia, Reuben Junior and Antonio, and her only daughter Lori (Howard). Alice had many traits in her early years which include, Farm work with her mother, working at the boudin, working as a clerk for a Jewish store which led her to working as a custodian working where she later retired from the State Capital. Alice enjoyed spending family time; Family was especially important to her. Alice would take her Nieces and Nephew out prior to her having grandchildren. Alice helped and dedicated her time raising her 3 granddaughters. Alice was incredibly special to many people, her courageous laugh, her beautiful smile, her funny sense of humor, she could tell stories like nobody’s business. Alice will forever be LOVED and missed, but NEVER forgotten by her family.
