Roy was born to Emma Louise and Roy Virgil Mills, I on December 28, 2025.
Roy is survived by his sister, Marlene Bauer, nieces, Brenda Fiereck (Scott), Cheryl Gogan (Richard), Kathy Brockman (Kenneth), and Kim Wilmot (David); nephews William Warren, Dale Watson and Tom Watson (Tanya), along with many grand and great nephews and nieces along with other family, friends and his dog, Jennie, who now lives with Marlene.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Roy, his sisters, Darlene Smith and Beverly Watson, Brother-in-Law, Frank Smith and nephew, Brian Smith as well as his grandparents, many uncles, aunts and cousins.
A celebration of Roy's life will be held on Thursday, August 14 at 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. which will include a brief graveside service and reception at West Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301.
