Ruby Daniels Gordon, 87 passed away on December 9, 2015 in Sun City, Arizona. She was born December 28, 1927 to Fred Sr. and Etta Watson Daniels, who preceded her in death. She obtained a Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Arizona State University. Dr. Gordon had a distinguished career spanning 50 years in nursing practice, education and administration. She is survived by two daughters, Lynne Gordon and Sally Woodfill, both of Phoenix, Arizona and a brother, Fred Daniels Jr. of Carson City, Nevada.
Services will be held Monday, December 28, 2015, at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Located at 7924 N. 59th Avenue Glendale, Arizona 85301. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Dr. Ruby Gordon Scholarship Fund, Maricopa Community College.
