Ruth Butts-Summerfield (Armstrong) born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1927, she moved as a young girl to the Arizona territory and never left. She lived her adult and silver years in Lakeside, AZ. She passed peacefully with family in Phoenix on 1/30/2016. Her love of geology, hunting and fishing and Native American culture was only surpassed by her amazing spirit and beauty. Proud member of the Eastern Star, she is survived by 4 ( Jerry, Barry, Sherrie and Terrie) of her 6 children, 12 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
