Sherry Linda Moore

Sherry Linda Moore, age 72, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Thursday April 21, 2016 in the loving care of her daughters Tonya and Theresa. She was a widow of Jack Moore, her beloved husband who passed away just one month shy of their 25th wedding anniversary in 2010.

Sherry was born in Sand Springs, Oklahoma on June 26, 1943 and grew up traveling throughout the United States and Germany with her parents. She was the daughter of Master Sgt. Jay D. Nichols and Lorraine (Lucelia) Nichols. Sherry was the eldest of four children Donna, David and Michael.

Sherry is preceded in death by parents, brother David, daughter in law Beverly Paschal and nephew Robert McCain. She is survived by her sister Donna and brother Michael.

Sherry was a mother of 7 children, Charles Eugene, Curtis Dale, Clinton Lee, Charlotte Jane, James Clayton, Tonya Margaret, and Theresa Lorraine, their spouses, Lorrie, Vicky, Jeffery, Karola, Tony and Jim. Grand children Melissa, Melinda, Michelle, Nichole, Haley, Danyelle, Joshua, Brandon, Jeremy, Kimberly, Jacqueline, David and Jimmy. Great grandchildren, Hunter, Autumn, Mason, and Autumn whom was born on Sherry’s birthday two years ago on June and was the apple of her eye.

We will celebrate Sherry’s life, and everything that she meant to each of us, on May 21, 2016 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary.
