Stephen P. Sorgnit was born December 17, 1950 and died peacefully in the hospital on February 23, 2021 in Sun City West, AZ at the age of 70. Steve is survived by his wife, Patricia; his daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Steve Schafer; his mother, Eugenia Sorgnit; his sister, Erna Mahony and his grandchildren Anna Damico, Jenna Schafer, Megan Schafer, and Everett Sorgnit. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Sorgnit, and son, Brett Sorgnit. Steve was a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. He retired a second time in 2018 from Eastman Kodak where he worked as a Field Service Engineer.
Services will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Central Christian Church 8600 W. Glendale Ave. Visitation at 10:00 AM, funeral service at 11:00 AM, and burial following service at Resthaven Park Cemetery 6450 W. Northern Ave.
