

Thomas Edward Ulbrich, age 75 of Peoria, Arizona, passed away on November 9, 2012, in Sun City, Arizona. Tom was born on December 1, 1936, in Shippingport, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Midland High School in 1956. Served in the US Army from February 18, 1960 – April 9, 1962. Tom married Judith Maley on June 15, 1963 in Shippingport, PA. He relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in July 1969. Tom retired from Honeywell in 1991 where he worked as a Tool & Die maker. Tom was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Vera Ulbrich. Surviving are his wife, Judith; sons, Carl (Marcia) and Ed (Sheri); grandchildren: Aaron Warriner (Kristin), Christopher Ulbrich, Brandon Warriner, Meghan Hurley (Sean), Sarah Ulbrich, Tracie Ulbrich and T.J. Ulbrich; 3 great-grandchildren all of Phoenix, Arizona and sister, Betty Ann Johnston of Georgetown, PA and an uncle William Shamp of Manaca, PA. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Community Church, 12612 N. Black Canyon Hwy at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 17th, and a graveside service will take place on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at 10 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Paralyzed Veteran’s Association.
