Wallace (Bud) Harold Regnier born May 11, 1918 in Marshal Minnesota passed on peacefully in his sleep December 19, 2010 in Phoenix Arizona. He is survived by his Beloved sister Harriet Bertrand, nieces Katherine Bertrand and Mary Bertrand, stepdaughter Gayle Stachel and good friend and caretaker Lena Orchard. Bud, a kind and gentle man, was truly loved by all those around him. We will all miss him.
