Blair, Wanda E. 86, passed away Sept. 24, 2015. A resident of Arizona since 1955, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Blair. She is survived by her son Gary Blair and daughters; Barbara Penunuri and Donna Karno. Wanda had six grandchildren. “Gamma”, as she was affectionately known, enjoyed her life as a homemaker and “rock” of the family. In her later years, she joyously and graciously cared for her grandchildren at every opportunity. Interment will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery on Oct 2, 2015 at 9am.
