William Romero
21 March, 1928 – 19 August, 2011
William Romero, 83 of Glendale, Arizona passed away on August 19, 2011. He was born on March 21, 1928 in Maxwell, New Mexico to Jose A. and Genoveva (nee Archuleta) Romero.
He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends. William honorably served his country in the United States Air Force, serving from 1946 through 1949.
He is survived by his loving two daughters, Colleen (Don) Romero-Lay and Ruth (Tom) Upton; three loving granddaughters, Rachel, Danielle and Skye; 2 dear great-grandchildren.
William is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years, Georgia Romero, who passed away in 1998.
A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 26, 2011 at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 5510 W. Cholla Ave., Glendale, AZ.
