When I was in my early twenties I was really anxious to to finally meet some of my family on my mother's side that she always spoke of. My mother Susie Kee Bigman was the older sister of Kathy's dad Woody Kee. I can hear and see in my mother's eyes when she talks of her long lost sibling and the emotion she shared. Because of that I was really looking forward to meeting My uncle Woody's family. I met them one by one including Kathy. When I first saw Kathy she reminded me of my sister Helen. She was soft spoken she introduced herself and we connected for a little bit. I wish I would have gotten to know her more but I will cherish the words we shared in the hug we shared at the end. By sincere condolences to the family of my auntie Kathy. She has now made the journey past the rainbow to be reunited with those who have gone before her. Our  ancestors, the Yeii Tacheenii (father's clan) will welcome her and keep her. 

Dearest Kathy,  I' m so glad you entered my life and my sisters lives again.  I have many memories of you  growing up. I know the last time I saw you I got emotional. You were always good to me. I will always have you in my heart.  I know you will be watching over you girls. Till we see each other again.

    I wish we had more time with you! God called you home even though we were not ready.  Looking back at old family pictures brings back so many memories... I remember when you would take me back home after spending the  weekend with you and dolly, Elton John "bennie and the jets" was  playing on the radio watching you and dolly sing the song. Rest in Paradise Auntie you will forever be missed and always loved.. God definitely gained a Beautiful Angel 😇♥️
 

Dear Kathy..
Wow so many memories come to mind.  You are my god sister/cousin, we all grew up together. Bbq's..birthdays...holiday celebrations and especially New Years Eve and Day, at the Rose Parade. Our families sharing time together at our homes you were always so beautiful and happy.  I don't remember you being sad. My condolences to your children.  Losing a parent is hard. 
You all will continue to be in my prayers.

Although I did not know Kathleen personally. But I know one of her daughters. Marcella, may the Lord comfort and strengthen you and all the family during this time of loss. Losing a Mom is devastating and crippling to the heart. I know what you are experiencing. As I too loss my Mom.
Your Mom is watching over you from heaven and I know she is very proud of you. She is probably saying: "don't cry for me" I am in a better place.

You are the Best Grandma I could’ve asked for! I will always cherish our memories; our lash sessions, our sleep overs, and the silly jokes I would tell you just to get you to laugh n smile and hear “you silly girl”. There will never be a day where I don’t think about you because you helped me know deep down inside how much you really care and loved me. You were always a beautiful person with a contagious smile. You had such a great spirit and was always ready for whatever the day brought. Last memory I have of you was seeing you dancing in your 80’s outfit. You were always so full of life. I’ll miss having our little conversations and seeing you smile. Thank you for  bringing my best friend in the this world and for that alone you’ll always have a special place in my heart. 

Grandma, you were the BEST Grandma I could’ve ever asked for! I will always cherish our memories, the birthday cards when you would write “Love You Always, Love Grandma Kathy.” There will never be a day where I won’t think about you. You will forever be in my heart and I will continue to make you proud of me. Till we meet again Grandma, I LOVE YOU!
