Whata wonderful soul Dom had. I will remember him for his loving heart. Rest peacefully in paradise my friend.

Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband, brother, uncle and friend.  Dominick was a true gentleman and a kind soul.  He was loved by his family and by the Woodhaven community.  It is our sincere wish that the angels greet him and lead him through the gates of paradise and that his family is comforted by their many friends who share in their grief. Cherish the memories.

I'll never forget the white apron he wore from the Deli days. That's a fixture in my memory.

Dom was a quiet, kind, lovely person. He was a big brother, an uncle and a friend to many. To me he was Dom. When I needed to cater a party I would call him and he always cane through for us. He made the best food.  He always had a way with people,  such a nice guy. I enjoyed our conversations when we were at a family party.  When I think of Dom I will always smile.  May you rest in heavenly paradise Dom Brienza. God gained an angel.

I didn’t know Dominick that well.  I do know he was a wonderful human being and treated Andrea and her family really well and that  he

I remember Dominick his kind heart and Gentle hand helping out with  the community and his laughter and kind smile and I will also Remember Dominick when my family and his always got together in South ozone park and in Woodhaven new York. Not only you were my cousin you were like a brother plus we were family that was very important to you.  God gained a great Angel Rest in peace Dominick  we willi miss you always.God bless you and your family always

Dom started a band way back in 1967. We went through several names. The two I remember were, "The Sentamentalists" which I hated. Then we became the "Second Version" of what I don't know.

From 1967 thru 1972 we played hundreds of gigs. Lounges; bars; pubs; and even weddings which is where the money was to be made.
Great fun years. The drummer, also deceased, was stage named, "Stony Love" god of drums. I still play piano, bass and guitar to this day.  
Dom gave it up. But thoses were great years and we made some good money playing some good music.  Dom played guitar.
I'm thankful for this time in my life shared with Dom.
