Eugene E Bullock

Eugene was born in 1947 and grew up in Brooklyn. While living in Brooklyn he met and married Maryjane and moved to Woodhaven where they started a family. While in raising his family he was also extremely active in the Saint Thomas Apostle parish youth sports program, as an Usher at mass and volunteering at many fundraisers. In retirement he moved to Port Orange Florida where he worked at the Daytona racetrack, Our Lady of Hope Thrift store and as a chauffeur for Maryjane.

He is survived by his loving wife Maryjane, their Four children Edward, Salvatore, Joseph his spouse Yuki and Mary and her spouse Krisha. His five grandchildren Tyler, Simon, Sarah, Kayla and Scarlett Grace. His Sister in law Jacqueline, brother in law Henry their children James and Catherine her spouse Joseph and children Joseph and Carter. His brother in law Ralph and sister in law Deborah and their child Carla and spouse Sean.

His devotion to his family will always be remembered and cherished as well as his participation in many programs at Saint Thomas Apostle and Our Lady of Hope.

Visitation for Eugene will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 and Friday, December 22, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Werst & LaBella Funeral Home, 71-41 Cooper Ave, Glendale, NY 11385. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church, 8719 88th Avenue, Woodhaven, NY 11421. Committal service will occur Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Charles/Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11735.
